 - Record the voice message after hearing "bip". If desired, press * to record again. Press # to finish the message.
 - In case you want to fix the time of delivery, press key 1, enter the date (ddmm) and #, enter the time (hhmm) and #.
 - To listen to the voice message and the song/story/poem, press key 1.

- You can dial 8011 4444 at any time of the day to send the presents.
- You can book to send presents maximum 01 month before the time of delivery.
- The time of delivery is from 06h00 to 22h30 everyday, ecxept the following occasions: Noel, New Year (solar and lunar calendar), Valentine day, Women's international day.
